6 lesson "On balloons" OBJECTIVE - increasing the self-esteem of minors, self-confidence. EQUIPMENT - paper, fleecy thread, gouache, balloons, brushes, musical accompaniment. Introduction. The task is an emotional mood for the lesson. Children guess the riddle: Round, smooth, like a watermelon... Any color, for different tastes. If you let it off the leash, it will fly away beyond the clouds. Answer: A balloon. Warm-up. The task is to give each group member the opportunity to experiment with dance movements in front of others. Exercise “Free dance” Fun music is turned on and the children begin to dance, imagining themselves as balloons. Movements should be free and spontaneous. The dancer submits to his body. The whole group takes part in the dance. Working part.1. On balloons A workspace for implementing the unique technique of drawing on balloons can be an ordinary children's table, on which a balloon is secured as close to the surface as possible with tape. Brushes should be as soft as possible and quite wide - from 10 mm and wider for applying the main contours and details of at least 5 mm (for drawing small details). Subjects to choose from: bird, people's faces that reflect different emotional states, flowers, sun, constellation night sky, proper names.2. Balloon (relaxation) - Stand up, close your eyes, raise your arms up, take a breath. Imagine that you are a large balloon filled with air. Stand in this position for 1-2 minutes, tensing all the muscles of the body. Then imagine that a small hole appears in the ball. Slowly begin to release the air, while simultaneously relaxing the muscles of the body: hands, then the muscles of the shoulders, neck, core, legs, etc. Remember the sensations in a state of relaxation. Perform the exercise until you achieve an optimal emotional state.3. A task using the “Drawing with a thread” technique: A sheet of paper is folded in half and unfolded; a thread, half dipped in gouache, is randomly placed on one side. Its clean end is brought out beyond the sheet. The wetted part of the thread is pressed down by another part of the sheet, and in this position the thread is slowly pulled out. Open the sheet - we find the image left by the thread. The children then fantasize about what they saw. Completion. The task is the symbolic end of the lesson, the response of accumulated but unexpressed feelings and emotions. Discussion of work. Questions for discussion: - What did we do today? - What do you remember about this lesson? - How did you feel when you imagined yourself as balloons? - How did you feel when you drew on the balloons? Exercise “Thank you for the pleasant activity” The presenter says to the participants: “Please stand in a common circle. I would like to invite you to participate in a small ceremony that will help us express our feelings of friendship and gratitude to each other. The game goes as follows: one of you stands in the center, the other comes up to him, shakes his hand and says: “Thank you for the pleasant activity!” Both remain in the center, still holding hands. Then the third participant comes up, takes either the first or the second by the free hand, shakes it and says: “Thank you for the pleasant activity!” - thus, the group in the center of the circle gradually increases. Everyone is holding each other's hands. When the last person joins your group, close the circle. Feedback. Each child glues a smiley face he has drawn onto a piece of whatman paper, which corresponds to the degree of interest in the activity..
