From the author: A person with creative thinking is free from stereotypes, quickly reacts to any problematic situation, immediately finding the right and usually non-standard way out. But how to develop creative thinking in children and can this be done in principle? This article provides advice to parents on how to develop creative thinking in children. Creative thinking as the growth potential of a child’s personality. Life opportunities and prospects. Do you agree with me that creative thinking can give a much greater chance of becoming successful in the modern world than a logical and reasonable approach? Yes, probably - people in the world around us are very rational. But even if this is so, we Let's teach our children to activate creativity in themselves, naturally creating the necessary conditions for this and teaching them to produce original ideas. And even if our children do not become famous writers and do not compose an immortal bestseller, or famous artists and do not paint a picture of the century, the main thing is that they will create themselves, their bright future and realize their capabilities in various fields of modern industry, science, etc. , d. School and society often teach us to think that our abilities are limited. Many people do not engage in self-development because from childhood they were taught that they are not talented enough to become professionals. How often have you heard phrases like: “I have no ear for music.”, “I can’t draw at all.” The task of parents is to develop creative potential in any possible forms in the child, regardless of whether we believe that the child has it from birth or not. Although almost everyone is initially given a high level of imagination, intuition and intelligence. But if a child is not taught to use these riches, will he show them? Teachers, family and friends sometimes impose on us a limited view of our abilities, which gradually turns into our limiting judgments. The most important thing is to listen to your child. Choose those methods for developing the imagination. which will correspond to his temperament, his interests and mood. Teach your child to be purposeful. If a person wants something, then he goes forward, makes an attempt and becomes truly creative. Sometimes you can achieve success, sometimes not, there are not enough resources, however, the main thing is to try to do something and see what the result will be. This is what you need to teach your children - not to stop and not to give up. If you have a goal: go to her and don’t doubt yourself, every failure is a valuable experience for achieving success. If a child doesn’t succeed, support him, help him reach his goal. Get the child interested in games aimed at improving creative abilities. The game is a catalyst. She gives useful and practical solutions. It didn’t work out right away, don’t despair! Fantasize with your child, and you will definitely find a way to teach him to think outside the box, to think creatively. Creative thinking is useful in any field of activity, it can enrich every aspect of our life. Creative abilities can manifest themselves in various types of activities. You can develop creativity in children from preschool age, as the most favorable age: easily receptive, flexible, with a strong imagination. The development of creativity begins with the formation of imagination and fantasy. A child can easily recreate a fairy-tale world in his mind, he sincerely empathizes with fictional characters. Development of the imagination of preschoolers occurs exclusively during play, since the main activity during this period is play. Preschoolers enjoy imagining, and in play they use real objects as a substitute for imaginary ones. A pencil or an ordinary tree branch can become a magic wand. How to develop creative thinking? Development of fantasy and imagination. Particularly effective with the help of fairy tale therapy. In my practice, I,as a fairytale therapist, she most often developed creative thinking in children using the fairytale therapy method. The process of fairytale therapy itself is based on thinking about a fairy tale, writing fairy tales, inventing new characters and storylines. Invite your child to come up with his own story about unusual adventures of the most ordinary things. For example, write "The story of house slippers" who love to walk while we sleep. Or about the “Journey of the Little Raindrop” - at the same time you will discuss with your child the water cycle in nature. The magical method using creative abilities and creative processes is highly effective. Accept the individuality and uniqueness of your child. All people have strengths and weaknesses, be yourself - this is normal. A creative person knows how to use both their pros and cons to work. And the main benefit that everyone can bring to a family, school, company, business is to emphasize their unique abilities, that is, their individuality. But this is very difficult in a society that emphasizes obedience. Be honest with yourself, because we spend most of our lives being different from who we really are. There is enormous pressure on everyone to be someone else - the perfect parent, the executive, the child who has achieved success by adult standards - and to live up to other people's expectations. We gradually lose the ability to be ourselves and forget who we are. our dreams and desires. Maybe we’ll give our children a chance to preserve their identity, individuality. After all, for this we just need to love them as they are. And accept the truth: there are no ideal parents, and there are no ideal children. Creative activities. Drawing. Application. Help turn children's ideas into reality. They improvise and invent a lot of images and characters. Provide the child with paints, pencils, crayons, markers, paper - everything is at hand for a creative workshop. You need to draw often and a lot, give the child the opportunity to show his imagination. By composing a fairy tale with a child, you can illustrate it with the child’s drawings, in which he will depict his vision of the plot and characters: perhaps unprecedented animals, unusual people and magical cities and castles.. Be sure to ask interesting questions for emotional inclusion. Emotional contact with significant adults gives the child special joy from joint creativity. Or offer to create drawings on the topic “What makes me happy?”, “My best day of the year!”, “What is kindness?” etc. Fixing creative ideas in images is an important and necessary habit; it organizes consciousness and strengthens the connection with reality. Creativity is the complete opposite of stereotyped thinking. If you are doing appliqué with your child, then present it in a completely different form: offer a variety of cereals , natural material: colorful autumn leaves, acorn caps, nut shells, etc. Help your child create something unique, unusual, inimitable - this is the main idea - think outside the box during the creative process. Setting unusual goals Try to develop, first in yourself and then in your child, an alternative way of thinking. To do this, you may need to get out of your comfort zone. Switching drives innovation. Constantly look for new ways to do the same things with your child. Do something not in the usual way, but in an unusual way. To develop active thinking in children, you need a problem-based teaching method. What does it consist of? The fact is that the child is given a task, preferably of a practical nature, without offering any solutions. Only by asking leading questions. And then only if the child fails to cope. Very often at school, lessons are structured according to one type: the teacher offers a ready-made model of action, the children solve exercises according to the proposed scheme. This leads to the development of a kind of stereotype when solving a particular task and search activities
