Confession of Pythia. It’s good that there are old films. It’s good that there are old photographs. You dive into them, plunging headlong into the atmosphere of what you experienced long ago, peering into slightly naive faces, trusting, pure, loving eyes. Those emotions of days gone by seem so understandable, warm, touch a little, make you smile, and the feelings appear real and it seems that the heroes of old films or your old friends are so sincerely loving, open, naive, real. It's funny, but now I understand that I have been all the heroes of the film The Matrix, and He0, and Trinity, and Morpheus, and, of course, Pythia. There in the past, somewhere far away, the most important treasures remained - my dreams. They permeate everything that has survived from that time. Here are my favorite dishes and cutlery that were left over from my restaurant on the Embankment. There were so many expectations, fantasies, and trembling anticipation associated with them. Here is a large oval dish on which exquisite fish delicacies were served, a smaller oval dish for serving hot fish dishes, gravy boats, pie stands, plates and subplates, caviar bowls with an ice base, cocotte makers and chillers, spirit lamps, domes for serving in the hall, ice cream bowls... . and glasses made of Bohemian glass, for everything, number 7 for each person. And there were dreams associated with each of these things. There were expectations of pleasant meetings, holidays, celebrations. There was an expectation of the violent power of life and pleasures. Everything was thought out and felt to the smallest detail, a lot of creative energy was spent. But couldn’t so much have gone down the drain? Has everything broken, disappeared, devalued, or transformed into the real me, a completely different way of life? According to Scheler, the spirit is the center of being in a person. As he argues, due to its original nature, the spirit is not burdened with activity, therefore, in order to obtain even the slightest degree of activity, the asceticism of repressed drive and sublimation must be added to it. “It is the spirit that begins to repress drive when the will, guided by ideas and values, refuses everything impulses of life that contradict the idea, in order to coordinate the impulses of drives for the fulfillment of the volitional project of the spirit." This fundamental process of spiritual functionality is control, which consists of “inhibitions” and “disinhibitions” of drives. And in this sense, the ultimate goal of the volitional project of the spirit is internal liberation, gaining power and revitalization of the spirit. Build dreams and destroy neurosis))) It turns out that behind our dreams there is always something more that heals. How can one understand whether a spirit receives energy or is created by sublimation? This is how I think today when I bake cookies)))
