In difficult moments, it is common for a person to feel sorry for himself; sometimes his soul is so heavy that he doesn’t want to do anything. But it’s more difficult when no one will support you or your loved ones don’t know how to help you. When we don’t have the strength to do anything to correct the situation, we begin to ask: “Why? Why is this happening to me...? etc.” Then follow: accusations of yourself, other people; anger at the current situation, etc. Yes, now is such a moment, a pause, when nothing is done, hands give up. We don’t even want to imagine how to live further, we have no idea. You can notice that we feel sorry for ourselves and this brings us pleasure, yes, this is true, but such a period cannot be prolonged, otherwise you can become depressed or later it will be difficult to restore your position. It is necessary to try, at that most difficult moment, when you feel that your hands are about to give up, to ask yourself the question: “What can I do now to make this situation better?” This is the kind of question that will make you just think, imagine one or more solution options. You won’t notice how your strength will appear again, even if you don’t do anything right away, but you will stop feeling sorry for yourself. You may want to find something to do, even just for relaxation, but at the same time you will think positively and look forward. Without this question, you will simply remain in the same place and continue to be sad. You can find a way out of every situation.
