From the author: Conflicts with your boss? Here are versions of the reasons: “My boss, sometimes, is simply unbearable! He annoyed me with his stupidity! How dare he make comments to me?!” etc. 😡This is a fairly popular problem that clients come to me with. Do you have such thoughts? If yes, then this article is definitely for you. If not, then click like anyway. ❤It happens, of course, when the boss is a despot and a tyrant. Here the solution is obvious - if you don’t get paid in bags and don’t restore your psyche every weekend in the Maldives, then run away from this job before your experiences affect your physical and mental health. 🏥But if others feel quite comfortable at this job, and only your fists itch, or the situation repeats at different jobs with enviable regularity, then look for the cause of the problems in yourself. ☝Here are several possible options: 1. You basically don’t know how to obey. Perhaps you perceive submission as weakness? What did your parents and other authoritative adults tell you about submission as a child?2. You don't take your manager seriously because of their gender, height, nationality, background, sexual orientation, breast size, etc. It is useful to catch and exterminate such “cockroaches” in your head. Otherwise, a significant part of the tasty vacancies will remain unavailable to you.3. You have “delusions of grandeur” and you seriously believe that you know better how to manage a company than its leader. Then either urgently become an emperor, or change your “crown” to a less heavy one.4. You are a radical introvert. You really like to work completely alone. Any communication at work is perceived as disturbing, especially if you are obliged to respond to it. If loneliness is a joy for you, then try to find an appropriate vacancy. An excessive desire for social adaptation will only strain you.5. You are a social phobe. That is, you want to communicate, but you feel anxious. Then the one who causes this anxiety may be perceived with irritation. In this case, urgently run to a psychotherapist to learn how to communicate comfortably. Social phobia is a disease of missed opportunities.
