From the author: Have you noticed that as soon as you have something important (in your opinion) to do, thoughts immediately begin to seep into your head like: “I’ll do it later,” “ Or maybe I don’t need this?”, “Then...”, etc. What kind of mechanism turns on that goes “against” us? The nature of laziness is such that this mechanism works in three main protective functions: when the body needs to save resources; when the subconscious avoids responsibility; when a meeting with a situation or person reminds of past pain. Laziness lives where there is pain. In society, it is customary to call the manifestation of the body’s reaction to pain laziness. But in fact, just when you don’t want to do anything, this is a signal that your subconscious (unconscious) has encountered a past trauma. A person has 2 reactions to this “laziness”: some go with the flow, being in chronic depression and calling themselves lazy; others run away from it into work, career, success, building increasingly unattainable goals for themselves. The balance is in the middle. If you begin to get rid of past traumas step by step, you will see how your “laziness” will become less and there will be a greater desire to work not for the sake of escape and satisfaction of ambitions, but for the sake of the creative process itself. So, to cope with “laziness”, you must :work through past traumatic experiences; take your life into your own hands and understand that you are personally responsible for every choice; every time you feel “reluctant,” ask yourself and get your honest and direct answer to the question: “Why should I?” is this necessary?”; start with the things you most don’t want to do. If you do them, your energy will be released and “laziness” will pass. You will see that laziness turns on when your false ego wants to be better than everyone, above everyone, more successful than everyone. But the reality is that by nature we are all equal. And your subconscious (Soul) knows this. And that’s why “laziness” kicks in... Interesting? Share on vk
