Try to enjoy life. Do it in physics - from today, get up in the morning and do your usual things, concentrating on the process. For example, drink coffee in the morning, not just to drink it quickly and run errands, but enjoy every sip as if you were now being filmed by thousands of cameras for some Hollywood film. This is how your psyche begins to change. Look for opportunities to be in a good mood more often. Ask yourself the question “What will make me happy now?”, “What will cheer me up?” This could be a 15-minute walk in the nearest park or a cup of hot tea on a frosty morning. Be in the company of people who support and inspire you. If there are no such people in your environment now, then look for them. This is extremely important! Look for those states when you feel good. We love not people, but the state next to them. And in order to have something to share, you need to first take care of yourself and become more attentive to your feelings. Look at yourself in the reflection of the mirror more often and say: “I love you! I like you! You deserve only the best!” And track your feelings. At first, it may be a little unusual for you to say this, because we are more often accustomed to criticizing ourselves than praising ourselves. But after some time of daily repetitions, you will believe that you are truly worthy and your feeling of value will only grow. Don’t compare yourself to others. We often form an opinion about ourselves by looking at someone and feel whether we are better or worse, but we forget that each of us is unique in ourselves. Create your own image - the one that suits you and strive to embody it every day. Change the habit of being dissatisfied with yourself! Yes, most often it’s just a habit that needs to be worked on. Make it a rule to track the moment when you feel the desire to scold yourself for some mistake or oversight; it is better to praise yourself for having learned new experiences from the current situation and now you will act in a new way. Tell yourself, “You did what you could! Well done for surviving this!” You can choose any wording of a supportive address to yourself and support yourself in an already difficult situation.
