Someone understands what is happening, but falls into the trap of panic. From this trap it is difficult to make new decisions and act differently, not as usual. Even without getting results as before. Those who manage to maintain a sober view of what is happening, who are able to quickly rebuild and adapt to new events are in the most advantageous position. It’s good if you are one of them. But what to do if you are overcome by anxiety, fears, and sleepless nights? You need to do the only thing that is possible in a changing life - adapt to it. Events themselves are neutral. The fact that they are good, bad or something else is already our evaluative opinion about them. And it can get in the way. At the first stage, you just need to accept that such and such events are currently happening. Collect information from reliable sources, if the picture is not complete and there is a misunderstanding of some points. Think about what actions and actions are the most rational in such a situation. Don’t rush yourself if you have time. Make an action plan. If it is possible to do something for yourself and significant people, add it to the plan. Think about each point - remind yourself that every moment has several options. This will help you find and choose the best option. Stick to your plan. If necessary, edit it to suit current circumstances. Don't get hung up on it. If everything that was possible was thought out and done - allow yourself to relax, rest, switch. Do something that brings positive emotions. Without this, it’s not difficult to burn out and become exhausted. Communicate with other people. Exchange experiences, help each other. Don't give in to other people's irrational fears and worries. If you can calm it down, do it. If you can’t, just protect yourself from other people’s negative emotions. Time passes and changes in life are inevitable.
