Our mind consists of consciousness and subconsciousness. When we perform some actions, we think that our conscious “I” is involved in this. But in fact, all behavior occurs automatically and unconsciously. For example, a driver turns left in a situation that requires a left turn. He doesn't think about how to do it. Behavior is controlled by the situation and automatisms developed by the habit of driving a car. From this example it follows that behavior is controlled not by the person himself, but by situations and subconscious programs that are not realized. Our mind works in the same way when we experience various emotions and phobias. When experiences occur automatically out of habit, unconsciously, a person does not notice the errors in thinking. For example, someone is afraid of flying on an airplane, this is a fear that arises unconsciously, automatically. It is associated with childhood memories, when my mother talked about how planes fall, cars crash and all transport is dangerous. The child was horrified by her words. This fear manifests itself in an adult in different circumstances - driving a car, trolleybus and any other type of transport. These kinds of mental errors occur automatically and do not take into account time, and do not distinguish situations of the past from similar situations in the present. Fear can take on the character of floating anxiety and go into involuntary defenses of the body. For example, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain. But since unconscious automatisms are not realized, it becomes impossible to independently move to awareness of them in changing circumstances. Awareness of these habitual mental acts that give rise to complexes leads to their elimination. This is possible as a result of mastering the skills of the art of sanogenic, healing thinking, leading to awareness of the unconscious. For example, someone was offended. I ask you to answer the question: “How should the other person behave so that he would not be offended by him.” With this question I stimulate awareness of the behavior of another person with whom he was offended. Maybe he didn’t come because he was busy, because he was sick, because he forgot. With this question I help expand consciousness and understand where the mind performs automatic actions that cause resentment and mental pain. A person can understand his erroneous expectations, which constitute the essence of the unconscious work of the mind, and coordinate his expectations. A new habit is developed that allows him to think in such a way as to understand the behavior of another person. Correct thinking can be developed not immediately, but gradually, by analyzing past mistakes in the behavior of his mind. This allows you to adapt to new circumstances that change. Sanogenic thinking weakens emotions, makes their automatisms conscious, and thus preserves health. You can sign up for a consultation by phone or Viber: +375 - 29 229-85-32
