I wrote about several harmful famous psychologists: Satya, Evolution, Stepanova and Labkovsky. I wanted to stop, but they also asked me about Evgenia Streletskaya. Honestly, at first I didn’t like her and even annoyed her, but I couldn’t help but admit that she said sensible things. Then, gradually, I became less irritated by her personal characteristics, which apparently I did not accept in myself, but psychotherapy creates wonderful changes in the psyche. So now I can say that although I would hardly be friends with her as before, If I had such an opportunity, I can’t admit that she is a good specialist, an intelligent woman, and probably a good blogger. I especially like the recordings of her lectures on psychoanalysis for psychologists, and the video about needs. Some of her videos are very useful and informative. Nowadays I sometimes look at it as a kind of encyclopedia when I'm looking for information. She is a very well-read person. I think she can be called a good popularizer of psychology and psychoanalysis (she is a psychoanalyst). I respect her very much and see a lot of wonderful qualities in her: intelligence, great memory, hard work, creativity, courage, charm, and most importantly for a psychologist-blogger - conscience. With her popularity, she could also create a sect named after herself, shovel money, fool her at trainings, and so on. But she doesn't. Given her appearance, she could charm packs and manipulate crowds, but she doesn’t do that either. At the same time, I’m not saying that she is a super-ideal, for me she is rather the norm, but my opinion is very biased, since I myself want to popularize psychology, and I have a different vision of this, a different style. With bloggers, probably, as with psychotherapists, there must be some kind of coincidence; the blogger must evoke sympathy. Anyone who likes Evgenia has nothing against it. I would make a slight allowance when watching for her tendency to exaggerate and idealize (good storytellers often exaggerate). And she would remember that she, as a person and as a specialist, has her own opinion, which may be erroneous or simply subjective (like mine).
