We can talk about different levels of maturity - both of the businessman himself and his business. A person’s goals and paths directly depend on his personal maturity. And such a level of maturity is possible when business turns into a spiritual path, that is, a person’s path of self-expression. Whatever the biological age of a person, his level of maturity may not be very high. For example, he is sometimes at the maturity level of a teenager - then his only task in business will really be making money. And it doesn't matter in what way. He is interested in everything that brings money. He doesn't care what to sell: handkerchiefs or computers. And it does not matter whether it is an honest business or a scam. At the next - youthful - level, a person begins to choose the context of his activities. He becomes concerned about what to do. He is able to make strategic choices and do only what interests him and what he has an inclination towards. And this gives him strength and strategic advantages. At this level, he has enough strength that money can be earned much easier than at the teenage level. If at this stage a person is minding his own business, despondency and dissatisfaction with himself and his business accumulate. People who reach this level of personal maturity try to get rid of those parts of their business that do not bring them satisfaction. Such a person, faced with a choice between a more interesting and better-paid job, always makes a choice in favor of the first one. For an “adult,” business ceases to be only a way of obtaining money or power. He wants to understand and express himself in actions and actions.
