Along with melting snow and streams comes lethargy, apathy, irritability and tearfulness? What's wrong with me? If you were looking for the answer to this question, then here it is. By the end of winter, our body is exhausted due to the fact that it endured the cold for a long time - it put a lot of effort into warming up, lived without the sun, and ate mostly “not living” food and, accordingly, received fewer vitamins, minerals and other useful substances. Plus, all body processes were slowed down in winter, and with the arrival of spring, increased solar activity and rising temperatures, they began to accelerate. And everyone knows how difficult it is sometimes to wake up to an alarm clock early in the morning, when you went to bed late and are used to a warm, soft bed☺ You want to lie down some more, sometimes you get angry that it’s already morning, sometimes you have so little strength that you can’t even be angry, but just crawl off beds. This is approximately the same state of awakening that our entire body comes to in the spring. Therefore, always take care of yourself in the fall - eat off the sides so that you have something to spend in the winter. It's only half a joke, of course. So what should we do? Spring has come and I have become powerless or aggressive. First of all, realize that this may be due to the change of seasons. When the brain has a name for the food it chews, it is easier and faster for it to digest it. And then help yourself wake up. Very useful: Walking and physical activity, Sunbathing, even through a window glass, Fresh air. You can take vitamins to replenish the reserves spent over the winter. Of course, it’s better through a doctor’s prescription. If you have any chronic diseases, then it’s also better to visit a doctor to prevent or weaken their manifestations. Remember that elderly people are at risk of spring exacerbations - their body is worn out by life itself, immunity and nervous the system is weaker, so they become more irritable or fall into the blues. Teenagers - their hormonal levels are very unstable, which affects the entire body and the mental sphere as well. people with weakened psyches - there will be both highly sensitive people and those who have psychiatric diagnoses of various origins. specialists in helping professions and those who work with people are a friend to another, but serving people is always difficult and it wears you out. our body is a self-healing system, then you can look for resources to strengthen yourself in the spring not only in food and vitamins, but also within yourself. I recommend remembering everything that has ever helped you calm down or, on the contrary, be inspired: drawing (freehand with hands and brushes, pencils, coloring natural objects, mandalas, neurographics, etc.) clay (for those who are prone to aggression or flight away from reality, I recommend) meditation and meetings with friends and loved ones; yoga, running, swimming, aromatherapy, dancing, listening to classical music, etc. Everyone will find something yours. The task is to remember and start doing. And then spring will be a joy for you and those around you.
