Conflicts are a normal part of every person’s life, but each person behaves differently when they find themselves in a conflict situation. Women, especially those with different personality types, may have different approaches to conflict resolution and also behave differently in them. The way you behave in a conflict situation can tell a lot about you, why is this necessary? When we know our characteristics, we can build our lives in accordance with this or even change some characteristics in ourselves that we do not like and cause inconvenience. In this article, I will consider how women of different personality types behave in conflict and how you can work with this knowledge independently or in psychotherapy. It should be mentioned that there are no pure personality types; more often one, two, sometimes three types dominate, and we are more or we see its manifestations less clearly. The severity of the symptoms usually determines whether it will be just a nice character trait, or will develop into a neurosis or even an accentuation of character. So, how do you most often behave in a conflict situation?1 you notice that you are prone to strong emotional displays, react strongly and sensitively to criticism or disagreement, suffer from feelings of resentment, can cry, scream, quarrel, blame others for everything (or not all) mortal sins.2 You experience conflicts greatly and fall into a state of depression or anxiety. Or, on the contrary, you are characterized by rapid mood switches, distraction from the situation.3 You prefer either to avoid conflicts, or do not try to do anything to prevent a conflict, showing emotional indifference. You may feel insecure and out of place. You don’t know how to correctly express your feelings and thoughts.4 You may be prone to aggression and threats in conflict situations, you may behave somewhat unpredictably even for yourself, strive to win over others by any means. Sometimes you may even use physical force to force other people to agree with them. Well, did you recognize someone close to you or maybe even yourself? In the next article I will describe each personality type in more detail and give recommendations on how you can exist quite comfortably with your personality type. As they say, the main thing is to admit: “I am an alcoholic.” And then everything went like clockwork 😃 More interesting useful information on my channel https://t.me/kseniyamalakhovapsyhoterapevt
