Relationships are one of the forms of human existence. A person as an individual, a person, cannot be alone. But it often happens that the feeling of loneliness becomes the only companion in everyday life. Loneliness comes in different forms, some forms of its manifestation give us the opportunity to stop, think about life and what we want to change in it. Another kind of loneliness that carries with it the wound of abandonment, a wound that paralyzes and sometimes makes you angry with yourself. When this feeling gains momentum, a person looks for something to drown out the cry of his soul. This cry has a feeling of doom, despair, and the person stops paying attention to himself, becomes lazy, abuses food, alcohol, and in extreme cases turns to drugs. All this looks like a kind of depression. It is important to remember that in reality there is no doom, and the “lady in black” (depression) gives us the opportunity to think about what is wrong in our lives, what led us to this state? And how long ago did this start? The importance of this understanding is that by knowing the process of formation and emergence of a problem, we can do something about it. Come out of this state with new knowledge and experience in overcoming depression caused by feelings of loneliness.
