From the author: Good mood to everyone! The weekend is a test for some people (especially single people). However, these days are the best time to say “ciao” to your sadness. TO GET OUT OF DEPRESSION YOU NEED: 1) GIVE IN TO IT a little first. (Cry, “whine” to your loved ones, be lazy, eat treats, sleep, THINK ABOUT THE REASONS FOR YOUR SADDNESS, draw conclusions about the future...) THIS PERIOD SHOULD BE SHORT! 2) KEEP DEPRESSION OFF. (Swim, go have fun, watch a good funny movie, do some creative work, buy new clothes, have fun with the kids, etc.) DON’T DO THE 2nd POINT WITHOUT THE 1st!!! The negative must come out, the problem must be thought through, the body must rest, thoughts on how to change life for the better must come. The second point is also important. If you come to wise decisions about the future, rest and that’s it – THAT’S NOT ENOUGH! Don't just erase the negativity - bring JOY into your life! What did you do differently when trying to get out of depression? Do as recommended here.
