1. Tatyana, I know that your professional path is very interesting, there were many turns in it. Please tell us a little about this. How did you make a decision at a crossroads? You know, the biggest crossroads for me was the time when I worked in business for quite a long time: I conducted trainings on presentations, overcoming objections, service, etc. At some point I began to understand : “Something is going wrong.” Even after the vacation, work did not bring pleasure and satisfaction. It was then that I decided to take a risk and go for what was closest. I was inspired by people with their goals, expectations and values, not just by working for the business results of company leaders. I realized that it was important for me to be able to choose how and with whom to work, for what purposes. Having the option not to work where and when it conflicts with my values. By that time, I had a psychological education, advanced training courses, an internship in England, experience in consulting and conducting trainings. I quit and then got a job at the Moscow Psychological Assistance Service to the Population. From that moment a new stage of my life began. Then I began to organize my private practice: consulting, conducting trainings and webinars. 2.You work a lot on the topic of mutual understanding between spouses. Is this what your trainings and a whole series of webinars are dedicated to? Why such interest in this topic? What does this topic mean “personally” to you? After I got married, many people began to ask about recipes for a happy family life, and how to meet “the one.” Clients often come with this question. I believe that meeting a chosen one depends largely on fate, while mutual understanding, a feeling of support and happiness in a relationship depend on us. This is something in which I myself invest strength, energy, time, and from which I see a return. Now I have the opportunity to summarize my personal and professional experience and share it. I am convinced that it is important not just to be in a relationship, but to be happy in it. 3. I know that you are not only a wonderful psychologist, but also a happy wife for a year and a half now. Are these two sides consonant: personal and professional life? Yes, they are consonant. In my opinion, you can only do what you believe in. When working with a client, a psychologist is also present as a person with his own experience and views. In this sense, I believe in the value of love, human relationships and trust. Relationships in a couple, a family is a whole world that two people create together. For some reason, people are used to setting goals in business and at work, but in relationships they often let everything take its course. They begin to “sound the alarm” when the situation in the relationship becomes critical. In my opinion, it is important to approach consciously what is happening in relationships and family. Now I don’t encourage everyone to set grandiose goals or spell them out in detail, but at least imagine what you want your relationship, your family to be like, what should be there and what shouldn’t. 4. What is your “zest” as a specialist? There are probably several of them, like in any delicious cake. Firstly, in working with me a person gains new experience, which gives him the tools to manage his condition and resolve difficult situations. Helps you become a psychologist for yourself. Secondly, the client and I do not dive into a long search for the cause of his difficulties. You can never be sure that this is the reason. We understand the mechanism of this or that difficulty and change it. This approach allows many clients to quickly, in just a few meetings, cope with the problem and return to a full and happy life. And one more important point. I have experience in personal therapy and working with my experiences. I know how difficult it is, how much mental strength is required for this. Therefore, I understand and respect clients in their desire to overcome difficulties and change their lives, and support them along this path. 5. In what direction do you plan to move next? What new projects can we expect from you?.
