Behind every fear, look for a desire This phrase by Sigmund Freud very accurately reflects reality. I regularly work with your fears and I can say with confidence that they often hide veiled desires, which the client himself is sometimes completely unaware of! Well, for example: I’m terribly afraid of getting sick; I’m afraid that my husband will leave for someone else; I’m afraid of being left without a job. These are the fears that people who come to me often voice. This fear covers them, does not allow them to sleep peacefully, deprives them of energy, fills all their internal space and ultimately ceases to be under control. The life of such a person is dominated by fear, he becomes nervous, restless, and unsure of himself. Is this what he wanted? Of course not! But our psyche is structured this way: energy flows to where our attention is directed. And instead of creation, day after day we destroy ourselves with fears...Dig into yourself. Listen. Are there some stubborn fears living inside that are preventing you from rejoicing and moving forward? And I’ll give you an effective key to fight them! First, I recommend doing an “unpacking” ─ look into yourself, find out what the fear is inside: I’m afraid of getting sick, because I’m afraid of becoming helpless and useless; I’m afraid of being alone because that I will never find a man like my husband again; I am afraid of losing my job because I will be left without money and will not be able to pay the bills. Sometimes this is hard to admit. But the “unpacking” needs to be deepened and continued. Imagine that the worst thing has happened. What will happen? What way out of the situation do you see? And lastly. What good can come into your life if your fear is realized? Don’t rush to exclaim ─ “Nothing!” Sit down and think. My loved ones will definitely take care of me, help me, and I will finally be able to relax; I will be able to engage in self-realization, devote time to myself, open up to new relationships; I will find an interesting job with a good salary, where my tyrant boss will not be there. This is how we Gradually we got closer to our desires. Maybe this is exactly what you really want for a long time, but are afraid to even voice it? It’s the psyche that hides your desire behind fear. And who wants to work on this topic more deeply, welcome to my consultation!
