If we didn’t have emotions...on the one hand, we wouldn’t feel the fullness of life, wouldn’t know how to rejoice, wouldn’t know the feeling of happiness, and on the other hand, we wouldn’t simply have any problems! And indeed it is. We perceive the world only through the prism of our sensory response. It’s one thing when it comes to our lives and quite another when the fates of other people haunt us. Not even fate, but simply their perception infects our brain, preventing us from enjoying the delights of existence and making our own plans. Do not confuse emotions and feelings. Feelings always have a specific connection to a person or object, and emotions arise in relation to the situation as a whole. I am in a good mood - this is an emotion of joy, and when I rejoice at the success of another, this is a feeling of joy. When you are scared, this is an emotion, and when you are afraid to fly on a plane, this is a feeling, etc.! Often in life this happens: We empathize, share our impressions, and sometimes we simply complement what we hear with our fantasies, and then we think, think and think about the bad. You can probably remember a situation when, after an exciting conversation, you are in it for a day, two, a week... You worry that you answered incorrectly, said the wrong thing, forgot about important arguments, etc. If you picked up stress then READ HERE to get rid of it. It’s better not to pick up negative emotions at all. Control yourself! This is a very dangerous virus. You may not even notice from whom he will stick to you. What to do? If you are easily infected with negative emotions, then do not watch the news, do not read horror stories, do not listen to heartbreaking stories. Do not communicate with those people who constantly complain to you and add a fly in the ointment in any situation. Protect yourself from all this as much as possible. Have pity on yourself and change your social circle! Look for the positive and live positively! Understand that you are simply an object of mental health for the person who is throwing out negativity at you. DO YOU NEED THIS??? Both the complainer and the aggressive person, in order to “not go crazy,” are looking for those on whom they can pour a bucket of dirt or whine. Their internal personal conflicts and problems must find a way out. So let the solution not be in you! Don't be a comforting hero and stop wasting your health!
