Many people associate happiness with something that I don’t have and that I definitely need. This is different for everyone. We often confuse happiness with something unreal. About 20 years ago, in my world, happiness was also measured by anything, just not the feeling inside me and responsibility for what is happening to me. It took me many years to understand for myself that happiness is something that only I have, in relation to myself, in relation to myself and my life. It comes from me and is felt in me, which means it depends on me. It took me years to expand my consciousness. People who helped, showed, taught, guided. Thanks to my restlessness and desire, I learned, realized and felt that happiness is when you have enough. It comes from the mutuality between you and yourself, you and your children, you and your partner, you and the universe. You can't buy it or exchange it. This vessel is filled only by you.
