Anxiety depletes our mental resources, depresses our mood, and deprives us of physical and moral strength. It is very important to maintain a sober mind and help yourself. Because by preserving yourself, you can be useful to others. I will share with you a kind of instruction, following which you can feel better.1. Limit yourself from difficult and traumatic information. Don't look for new and new facts in the feed. Don't read comments, don't participate in debates. The information war does nothing to help, but only intensifies the confrontation. Stay informed, but don't drown yourself in it.2. Fill yourself with other information so that there is no vacuum. Read books, listen to music or chat on abstract topics. Try to continue living.3. If you're having panic attacks, just wait it out. Stop and breathe: inhale (4 counts), hold (1 count), exhale (8 counts). This technique will change the ratio of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the blood and become lighter.4. Live here and now.
