From the author: Mailing site - Many trouble-free people (as was the case with me) are perplexed. Why don’t they ask anyone for anything, they do everything themselves, while others only know how to burden others with requests. The answer is simple. Precisely because these people have a problem with reliability. Look. I think you know that every person sees in others exactly what is in himself. And he probably doesn’t even see it, because... not the fact that it exists, but attributes to them the qualities that exist in himself. Reliable people never ask anyone for anything, well, perhaps except in those cases when it becomes really difficult. Because such people usually value and respect other people’s time and personal space very much (even beyond measure). They don’t want to invade someone else’s life, strain them, or distort their plans. And they naively believe that the whole world was created this way, that all people think this way. Sometimes, when they are nevertheless forced to turn to someone with a request, it happens that they are refused. They treat him with understanding, but when this happens again, they begin to become disillusioned with people and the world in general. How is it possible, I always help everyone, I don’t refuse anyone, I agree to any requests, even if they are inconvenient and not desirable for me, but how dare they refuse me after all this. In general, the world is not fair, life is terrible, people are bastards. And this happens quite regularly - then I love everyone and will help everyone in everything - then, how can they, they are all ***. And the person does not understand what is happening. All that happens is that he has a problem with reliability, and very specific incorrect beliefs about the world. And until he solves them, this will continue forever. One has only to understand that every person has the right to ask and give, to agree and refuse, to simply choose what he wants to do now and what he doesn’t. And live in accordance with your rights. Remember about these rights, also remember that every other person has exactly the same rights. And everything becomes much simpler. I have an article on my website called the Bill of Human Rights. You can read it. It was very useful for me at the time. Even now I sometimes go back and rethink them. See you soon. With Love and Respect Olga Vasilyeva.
