Analytical warm-up for brainstorming, seminar, methodological association. Goals: increasing the level of awareness and awareness among participants of the problem being discussed (especially if participants are from different organizations and institutions); activating creative thinking among participants and directing it towards a productive solution to the problem posed, preventing stereotyping in thinking. Objectives: clarify the level of awareness and expectations of each participant; expand the scope of searching for a possible solution for each participant. Equipment: tablets, pens, paper, graphics tablet (board with marker), story cube. Duration: up to 30 minutes. Number of participants: up to 30 people. Work progress: 1. The working group is divided into several subgroups (no more than 6, to save time); 2. Each subgroup receives a tablet with paper, a pen and a story cube; 3. Task: each subgroup is asked to compose a story, a fairy tale, etc., which would figuratively reflect the topic of “brainstorming” for the participants of the subgroup (the facilitator should ensure that the participants do not “go into specifics”, but still try to be as figurative as possible, “more fabulous” to describe the problem); 4. Presentation of their stories by subgroups; 5. Projective analysis of stories (how exactly the real problem was identified in the story): - what is really a problem for the subgroup; - how most often in life a subgroup and its participants work with a problem; - what strengths, perhaps previously not recognized, but helping to solve the problem, are revealed by history; - what weaknesses, perhaps previously not recognized, but preventing the solution of the problem, are revealed by history; - what resources does history show to solve the problem; - what help the subgroup may need to solve the problem (expectations from the meeting). 6. Generalization of the results obtained, when the warm-up leader, recording the analysis of the stories of each of the subgroups, summarizes the conclusions and announces them to the general meeting.
