From the author: Read the first fairy tale “Gabriela and her magic magnifying glass of truth” by following the link https://clck.ru/TKnrW Once upon a time, a hundred years ago ago, Gabriela was a firebird. She languished in a cage in the palace of the padishah, who was a black sorcerer. He liked the bird’s singing, its extraordinary and eye-catching beauty. He wanted to make her a maiden and cast a magic spell on her. Gabriela did not want to live with the padishah, to be his bride, and fled from the palace at night. In the morning he did not find the girl in her chambers and became very angry with her. For escaping, he punished her with an evil message, in which she had to be a lonely girl for 100 years, live in her mansion and forget about her bird essence. At that same moment, the firebird’s skin turned into a golden box, and a magnifying glass of truth sank to its bottom. Gabriela guarded this object from prying eyes and overseas princes. She learned from the magnifying glass the term of her imprisonment, learned magic from her and became a witch. It turns out that she was ordered to be a girl, to wear a golden sundress painted with firebirds, to live alone in Finland, celebrating until the Russian free soldier Ivan came to stay with her for the night. Many good fellows visited her village, but the right guy was not among them. And so a hundred years passed. Gabriela was already desperate and did not believe in her salvation. When Ivan came, she fell in love with him very much. She asked the magnifying glass about his fate. Lupa showed Gabriela the truth of Ivan's life and she learned about his family. This made her very sad. She couldn't even imagine him leaving her home. Hanging heavily in the balance was “the salvation of the girl and the opportunity to become yourself again - the firebird” and “to use divination, to keep the guy you love next to you with magic.” The girl did not know that she was punished by the sorcerer for this love. Yes, so much so that she would no longer want to be a free bird, so that she would betray herself and her mission on earth. Lupa was dissatisfied with Gabriela's decision and action, but she could not influence her beloved, new owner. The witch was happy. Ivan is with her, loves her, entertains her every day, brings brightness to her lonely life. She did not know about the guy’s mental torment and his heart’s aspirations to be with his family again. What about the sorcerer and the padishah? He was pleased because everything went according to his plan. However, even he could not foresee the future of the firebird and the Russian soldier. He was angry with his magic magnifying glass, which resisted his desire to turn the bird into a maiden, abandoned him and flew away like a dove to its new mistress. He lived in his palace as if in captivity. So the magnifying glass blocked all his paths to Gabriela. Sometimes the padishah watched the bird, looking into his large blue mirror. He could not leave the palace, but only cast magic. He cast melancholy - sadness - on the guy so that he wanted to get away from the firebird. He turned into Ivan’s mother, appeared to him at night and showed him the dew. The guy woke up from a deep sleep and remembered the woman’s words about how he needed to break his spell. He did everything as his mother told him in his dream, washed himself with dew and removed all the spells from himself. Ivan immediately remembered his whole life before the army, his beautiful wife Maryana and his children, Polyushka and Stepashka. He got bored and began to yearn for his father's house. He found no peace in Gabriela’s house, and her beauty suddenly seemed insipid to him. Lupa told the hostess about the padishah’s machinations. Gabriela sent Ivan home. As soon as all the spells were removed, everything immediately fell into place. She understood that she had never loved a soldier, but always wanted to be a firebird. As soon as Gabriela returned her golden skin, the mythical tower immediately crumbled into dust, the magnifying glass split, the padishah - the sorcerer with his palace turned into a black raven, lost his power and began to live in the rock. Ivan immediately remembered his family and home. Everyone became free from black spells and found peace in their souls. Gabriela ended up on the island of Mauritania and again settled in the royal palace. She began to live well there, and no one could ever influence her
