Psychologists are trending. It's so interesting to see how the virus infiltrates counseling. One way or another, he has been mentioned at every session for a week now. This topic began to arise when working with foreign clients. But now it worries everyone in one way or another. Among my clients there are no those who are afraid of getting infected and dying. And this, in my opinion, very much characterizes the attitude of the people towards the virus of the people. Experiences are more often associated with restrictions that arise as a result of the virus: 1. There are no necessary products on the shelves (anger, resentment, irritation) 2. Relatives of the older generation do not want to take measures to protect themselves from the virus (from reducing contact with people to ordering groceries at home) (anxiety, indignation, powerlessness, despair) 3. Some family member ignores preventive measures: visits crowded places unnecessarily, neglects hand hygiene (anger).4. Anxiety about having to work from home and kids being homeschooled. How to cope? (anxiety)5. How not to look stupid in this medical mask (or something replacing it)? (shame) Psychologists were the first to switch to remote work mode, since most were already practicing the online format. Who else continues to consult in person, please share in the comments why? Companies are moving to a remote work format. The problem of self-organization and procrastination, if present before, is becoming a serious problem at home. 📌The children were also sent home. To make working from home more effective, it is important that at least 2 people are at home and can take turns working on them.📌It is better for a work computer to be separate from the home one, with restrictions on what is installed on it and where you can go.📌 If a person has problems concentrating, it is worth paying attention to what exactly is distracting.📌 Any spontaneous ideas and things to do should be written down in a separate list, then in a plan.📌 The ability to plan and set priorities plays a big role📌 Use the techniques from the post https ://www.b17.ru/article/relaxatcia/?prt=kirillova_sofya to regain your ability to work and concentrate. I recommend literature: “Willpower” by Callie McGonigan “Time drive” by Gleb Arkhangelsky.
