From the author: Another article inspired by the surrounding reality. My reader, do not swear at the names. I try to make the reading as unobtrusive as possible, and the result of the reading bears fruit. Good luck! How often are we ready to build the wrong logical chain. And how much more often we simply do not think about how one event in our life is interconnected with another. Literally, like in a supermarket - we are often ready to choose the products that lie at the level of our eyes or hands. However, if you really think about it, do we pay due attention to ourselves, our actions and the results of what we do? Do you know why “going to the left” is relevant for married couples? Because it’s much simpler... After all, it’s really easier to “forget yourself,” “turn off your head” and find someone with whom you can realize your wildest fantasies? Isn’t it “easier” than telling your spouse about your problems? This does not require any elaboration from us... Imagine a picture - a man returns home. A grumpy, screaming wife is waiting for him, dissatisfied with his late arrival. Her appearance has long ceased to concern the wife herself - dirty hair, stretched out pants, a T-shirt that is no longer fresh... So she is waiting for her husband. The psychological atmosphere in the family is heating up. My husband learned the screams and phrases from long-tired TV series by heart. However, no one, no one is going to dialogue. Neither first nor second. Can you guess what is easier in this situation? "Left." That same left where there is an “ideal wife” or a “prince” instead of a husband. The example presented above is, alas, not uncommon. My task is to demonstrate to you, my dear reader, that we ourselves are capable of breaking our family life due to our own inaction. Who is easier to blame for problems? The “other half” is the wife or husband. Here is another example. The woman has gained quite a lot of weight. She has changed a lot. Her clothes, which were previously in size S or XS, became M or L. Her appearance in everyday life is unkempt. Hair is dirty. Makeup (daytime, everyday) is missing. The mood is regularly panicky. The general mood is depressive. Intonations in communication with her husband are sharp, caustic and aggressive. A man, as a consequence of this situation, stops showing any initiative in the family, withdraws, looks for himself in work or in communicating with friends, and is not ready to go home. The woman continues her aggressive policy and thinks that the man is to blame for everything. After all, he: “...”. And it is in this case that instead of taking care of yourself, your appearance, your health, your estate, planning your daily life, your psychological state, what comes to help? Of course, searching for a good “wizard”, even for one night, who will say that “everything is fine”... Are you starting to feel where the problem is?.. So that the article does not remain with an open ending, I recommend the following steps for finding happiness in the family without searching for a way “to the left”: 1) Read fiction regularly. Or better yet, quality, time-tested classics. Watch the behavior of the main and secondary characters, their intonations, and manners of communication with other characters. Learn to analyze cases.2) Limit yourself from watching programs whose purpose is to humiliate a person based on gender (sex). For example, reality shows in which a woman literally advertises negativity towards a man or a series in which the rights of men (or women) are extremely infringed. 3) Learn to plan your life. Planning is a tool that is needed not only by “business” and busy people. In order to manage absolutely everything around the house and devote time to rest and constructive communication with loved ones, you need to learn to manage your time wisely.4) Before blaming anyone from your inner circle and making claims, think about why this person can behave this way? For example, why is the husband willing to stay literally overnight at work? Or why does a wife look like a “prickly hedgehog” in the evening after a working day? Analyze!
