What do we know about adolescent aggression? Why do they feel lonely and helpless in the adult world? Is it true that aggression is one of the most serious problems of our time? Young people, being at the junction of two worlds - childhood and adulthood, gradually realize that the adult world is far from perfect. They feel defenseless and lost in a society where their problems are often devalued or ignored. The goal of any person is to be recognized and significant among other people. And when a teenager feels that his voice is not heard or that no one is particularly interested in his opinion, he experiences great embarrassment and alienation. This can lead to the accumulation of negative emotions that seek release in the form of aggression. Loneliness plays a serious role in the lives of adolescents. A lack of close friends, support and understanding can destroy self-esteem and cause feelings of rejection. A teenager in this state tries to gain attention by using aggressive behavior or breaking rules and regulations. Helplessness in the adult world is one of the reasons for suicidal thoughts during adolescence. When teenagers see that adults are unable to cope with their difficulties and conflicts, they begin to lose faith in themselves and a happy future. Teenagers often feel deceived by their parents or teachers. Their expectations do not coincide with their ideas about the adult world. However, despite the complexity of this problem, there are ways to reduce the level of aggression in adolescents. It is important to provide them with a supportive and safe environment where they can openly express their thoughts and feelings. It is also important to provide access to psychological support and group activities that promote the development of social skills. Engaging adolescents in constructive activities aimed at development and self-expression is key. You can organize sporting events, creative groups, volunteer projects, etc. This will allow teenagers to gain a sense of self-worth and value, and will also teach them effective ways to solve problems and interact with others. Aggression by teenagers from loneliness and helplessness in the adult world requires attention and understanding. The challenges teenagers face impact their mental and physical health, as well as society as a whole. By supporting teenagers and giving them the opportunity to be heard, we can make the world a friendlier and fairer place for everyone.
