With the exception of those cases that are due to health issues - weight depends on nutrition and physical activity. And the eating style depends on the psychological state of a person. When you are calm, you eat healthy. And you eat exactly as much as your body physiologically needs. Our lives are already filled with stress. If we add additional stress, fears and prohibitions in the field of nutrition (this is unhealthy and bad food, I can’t eat it / I want to eat, but if I eat more, I’ll get fat / I ate too much - what a weak-willed rag I am) - then the process of satiation with food will be chaotic and harmful. Basic principles of psychologically healthy nutrition: Eat not at the behest of emotions, but at the desire of the body. Not because it’s boring, sad, empty - but because you experience physiological hunger. There is something that you are drawn to, that you want, that your body asks for. There are things that are pleasant to eat while eating. There is something that is then favorably absorbed and gives the body a pleasant sensation. There is food that tastes good to you, that satiates you, makes you full, and brings you pleasure. Do not exclude the fact that food should bring pleasure! This is also normal, there is no need to deprive yourself of this source. I love coming up with recipes. And this is no longer a culinary, but a psychological meaning. When you create your own recipe, you turn to yourself. What I want? What am I drawn to? What flavor combinations and solutions will please me at the moment? So I created a salad with: Roasted Chicken Breast (always a favorite salad ingredient) Mozzarella (something soft and neutral) Corn (something hearty) Pine Nuts (something healthy and firm in consistency) Salad Mix (something... something fresh and light) Pears (something sweet that will add an original note) In one salad I combined everything that my body asked for. It turned out very... mixy With such a disparate sound. But it was what I needed! Try building your diet according to this principle. Build your diet based on your desires! Dear readers! If my thoughts resonate with you, and reading arouses interest, I look forward to your likes and subscriptions. Your activity motivates me to be creative! ♥Mobile/Viber/WhatsApp/Telegram: +79518065809
