My son is 13 years old, he is a teenager who has not believed in Santa Claus for a long time, and yet I suggested that he write a letter to Santa Claus, but a little unusual, I recommended writing the same thing my clients, adults, with serious professions and extensive life experience. For what purpose and what kind of letter?! We rarely sum up the results at all, and even those who make plans and projects rarely do this. Although it is very logical to sum up. Therefore, I propose the following exercise: A letter to Santa Claus, in which you can sum up the results, but the results of your successes, only successes! What have you achieved in the past year, what have you learned, what have you gained, what experience? I myself wrote a letter to Santa Claus, literally boasting about my achievements. I didn’t concentrate on what was wrong in the past year, I decided to remember all the good things and give thanks for it, and then I wrote my wishes for what I want to receive in the New Year. And these are not only material aspects, these are more the qualities that I would like to acquire and what needs to satisfy, and at the same time outline what efforts I am ready to make on my part to make this happen. When I wrote this, I realized that I had freed myself from the old burden, I saw what I had really achieved and that I had the resource to achieve my goals, which means that next year I will be able to achieve a lot. This is how the elaboration turned out. I am sharing this exercise with you. Good luck
