YOUR CHILD ASKS FOR AN ANIMAL HOME A child needs an animal to create an emotional attachment with it and receive support and reassurance from it. This happens when the child lacks emotional contact with a significant adult, most often from his mother. If your child starts asking for an animal, this can be regarded as a “cry about shortage”. Sometimes, due to the huge workload of adults, due to life circumstances, the parent cannot satisfy this “deficit” and you can consciously give the child an animal. The child will happily establish emotional contact with it, he will seek support from this animal, calm down about it, trust him with your secrets. BUT....he won't take care of him! He won’t want to walk it, feed it, wash it, scratch it, clean the cage (if it’s a pig or similar animals) NO! He asks him for support, he cannot take care of him. If you are ready, if you understand that the child needs to be supported, get him an animal and take 100% care of him. CARE AND PROTECTION IS PATRONAGE TO BE A PATRONER, YOU NEED TO BE STRONG! The child asks for an animal out of weakness, not strength.
