Did you like fairy tales as a child? True, it was exciting to worry about the heroes, they were afraid for them. But then, everything ended well! Oh, it was a wonderful time! Back then, in childhood, through fairy tales, we developed our imagination. And this is a process that greatly influences our thinking. As adults, people for some reason forget that fairy tales had a happy ending. But they learned to invent scary fairy tales for themselves, with great success. Our brain has an interesting feature. We ourselves can create an illusion (fairy tale). And then believe that it is real. Moreover, we will not like it, but we will blame the brain. Such a sophisticated tool that plays with our imagination. The trouble is that we not only believe such illusions, we almost constantly find confirmation that this is reality. The brain, meanwhile, doesn’t care at all whether something happens in reality or in your beliefs and thoughts. The feelings will be the same in any case. The overwhelming majority of such illusions are negative. They are based on fear, shame, disgrace, apathy, and guilt. Most often we use them (illusions) as a kind of protection from the real world. After all, he can hurt us. And this is scary. People need such thoughts and illusions, first of all, to frighten themselves. After all, if I'm scared, I have the right to run away. But why and where? This is how our brain forces us to become fugitives. Moreover, in such escapes, we can drive ourselves into such places that it doesn’t seem like much. At the same time, do not forget about the feelings that you will have in such an escape. These are the same: fear, shame, guilt, resentment, dissatisfaction and anxiety, plus loneliness. They will be of different intensity. But your condition will only get worse. You can, of course, lie to yourself that someone else is to blame for your troubles. Or another “popular” option. This is how everyone lives. But life is not an escape from the world and its possibilities. The good news is that it is possible to change your beliefs and destroy such illusions.
