Business, information business - activities aimed at making a profit. If an entrepreneur has really firmly decided to start a business, it is important for him to have a business mindset, personal and professional skills, to think like an entrepreneur, and first of all, it is important for him to forever get rid of the mindset of an employee, otherwise there will be simple self-employment, which is what is observed among the majority of owners business. It is also important to be able to apply three important components of a developed personality in business: feelings and emotions, strategic thinking, and strategic planning. A large group of scientists (physiologists and neurophysiologists, geneticists, psychologists, anthropologists) in the course of their research found that the thinking and actions of a person , his behavior in business and his motivation are influenced by three different parts of the brain. These are the cerebral cortex, the midbrain (i.e., the diencephalon), and the medulla oblongata. And how certain personality traits manifest themselves directly depends on the degree of activity of these departments, and hence the different styles of doing business, making decisions in business and contacts with people in business. These three parts of the brain, despite their differences, work perfectly together, they constitute a single human brain, but each of them sets its own, highly specific conditions. The reason for the varying degrees of activity of these three brain structures lies in the laws of homeostasis and neurophysiology. When conducting a biostructural analysis, we will see the difference between the genetically predetermined, unchangeable basic structure of the personality and some variable characteristics, and thanks to this we will know which behavioral traits and personality traits can and cannot change in the long term. Due to the dominance of one or another brain structure, we perceive ourselves, business thinking and other people in business differently, evaluate them differently, and interact with them. The dominant structures of a leader’s brain have a huge impact on his style of doing business, as well as on all relationships with people in business. Human behavior traits are formed through a combination of instinctive reactions for which the brain stem is responsible (the ancient medulla oblongata, reptilian brain), emotional, impulsive reactions of the limbic system, and the cold, rational reaction of the youngest part of the brain - its cortex. Each business leader, like any person, has a different genetically determined ratio of the influence of the three parts of the brain, which in an adult are already fully formed and form the biostructure of his personality. The desire to be successful in business depends on many qualities and various skills of an entrepreneur: - his professional skills in his chosen field, - his social competence, - personal qualities, - his ability to separate the personal from the professional in business. This is one of the most important factors. The ability to manage at least part of the listed points dramatically increases the chances of winning in the fight against your competitors: other market participants of which your business is a part. In the article we will consider several personal qualities that influence the business thinking of an entrepreneur. - Decisiveness - consists of the ability to make a decision and the ability to implement it without delay. Many indecisive people (the dominant structure of the brain can make a person indecisive) at their core often deny this characteristic of themselves, assuring that they make decisions easily accepted, but problems arise only with their implementation. But by making excuses like this, people are simply being cunning, afraid of the responsibility that making any decision entails, afraid of making a mistake. It is very important to carry out timely correction of this deficiency on your own or with the help of specialists: a psychologist or a trainer. And we will assume that this psychological moment is no longer relevant for us, and we will move on. It has long been known that the smarter a person is, the stronger he isdoubts the correctness of the decision he has chosen. Attempts to take into account all the nuances of a case and weigh all the pros and cons often unjustifiably delay the decision-making process. Only a business approach can save here, the essence of which is simple: “time is money.” The uncertainty of a scientist or researcher is understandable; in the search for truth, the time factor, as a rule, does not play a role (except for those cases when the scientist is concerned about the glory of the discoverer). But the business sphere is a completely different matter, here it is necessary to be able to recalculate all the parameters and nuances in their universal equivalent - money, and also calculate mathematically all possible options for the development of the situation. And in cases where the slightest delay will lead to significant losses, you need to be able to act quickly, even if you have to flip a coin to make a decision. Well, the last reason for the indecisiveness of the person in charge is his disorganization in executing the decision he has made. In this case, it is necessary, again -So, to distinguish a trick that allows you to avoid responsibility for a decision made from true disorganization. A person who is afraid of making a wrong choice can cover up his reluctance to carry out the decision he has made by being extremely busy with some other business. In general, managing determination comes down to three points: a) overcoming psychological factors; b) developing the skill of counting everything, including time in money; c) developing the ability to properly organize one’s professional activities. The ability to stimulate one’s own motivation in professional activities. It is hardly necessary to explain what a colossal importance motivation has in the competition for a client, this is - real fuel, without which it is impossible to move towards certain goals. The key to success in a grueling competitive struggle is the ability to again and again find new portions of motivation and volitional energy. Those fighters who know how to find nourishment in everything that surrounds them and happens to them always have a tangible advantage over others. Such people can be motivated even by something that, it would seem, can only bring harm and painful experiences to a person. But in order to learn how to extract energy from failures for your own motivation, you must first understand their essence. Let’s conditionally define three reasons for the failures of an entrepreneur’s personality: 1. Objective influence of uncontrollable factors. In this case, first of all you need to ask yourself: “Are these factors really uncontrollable? Is it really possible to “tame” them and make them work for you?” If you answered “no” and “yes” to these questions, immediately begin to examine what has thrown you off balance and interfered with your motivation. Do not forget that every phenomenon is multifaceted; you can always find some aspects in it that are useful for yourself. If you are faced with a factor that is essentially uncontrollable, then in such a situation you can find a positive aspect: you have already gone through its destructive influence, and your competitors are just about to do this.2. Results of the activities of ill-wishers. Are you defeated? Try to benefit from this status of yours. At the same time, check whether you have violated one of the most important laws of successful entrepreneurial activity - do not mix personal with business? And, since you are considered defeated, do not forget: firstly, your competitors are now relaxed, they have lost their vigilance towards you, and this gives you an excellent opportunity to slowly “pump up your muscles” and prepare your revenge.
