For most Russians in 2023, this is 8 days - by the standards of ordinary everyday life, a fantastically long period. It seems that you can do everything and even more: meet with friends, sort out closets, take stock - set goals. But let’s face it - almost half of the holidays are behind us and there is a high probability on January 7th of suddenly realizing that the “vacation” plans have remained in your head. While there is time, let's correct the situation;) I will not delve into the theories of psychology, because globally there are 2 large components of action: a plan and its implementation. We will agree to leave the implementation on your conscience, but there are nuances with planning. Rules for New Year's planning: The first rule of planning is to plan. If there is no clear understanding of what and when you want to do, the brain will prefer the best option - doing nothing. It’s important, doing nothing can also be a plan, we’re on vacation! Record. On paper or electronically, but not in your head. Everything is simple here: a record is a manifesto for our brain, which is more difficult to escape than thoughts. I'm a fan of the paper version, personally this has worked best for me for many years. Remember that this is not a work week. Don't take on too much, alternate rest days with work days. For example, one day we relaxed with friends, the next day we did household chores. Don’t forget about different areas of life: family, friends, entertainment and sports, work. It turns out to be a kind of “balance wheel” for the New Year's holiday. It sounds difficult, but in fact it is more than pleasant, especially if the planning process itself is made convenient and enjoyable. My way of planning for pleasure is a high-quality planner. I created one for myself that would be beautiful and effective and not just a diary at all: a “Made with Love” planner.
