From the author: Many have heard about such an event. But talking about it, it is difficult to convey feelings and emotions. Of course, the best thing to do is to participate. And yet, in this material I offer you several of my videos from various (open and corporate, summer and winter) rope courses. Watch, decide, participate! Rope Course is an active personal growth training, educational program, developing game (choose the option you like best) about relationships and interaction between people, about methods and means of achieving goals. These are unusual situations, risk, excitement and new sensations. It's about trusting yourself and people, how to take a step into the unknown and achieve a common goal through joint efforts. The Rope Course is not a competition or rivalry, it is an exciting and unforgettable adventure in which participants gain the experience of creating a team, realize their capabilities, discover new features in yourself and your loved ones and friends. Often complete strangers become friends. At the same time, it is important that people of all ages (from 10 years and older) and physical abilities can take part in the Rope Course. This is an excellent training for active teamwork, exciting, interesting, fun. The main goal of the Rope Course training is to acquire effective teamwork skills work, namely: increasing the effectiveness of interaction, emotional team unity, bringing together and overcoming psychological barriers, developing an effective decision-making strategy, the opportunity for participants to try themselves in various roles in the team. Rope course training exercises provide unlimited opportunities for working with such categories as: focus on results, ability to negotiate, come to a common decision, satisfaction with the interaction process, awareness of one’s unique role in the team, trust in each other, responsibility, etc. For you, this means that you can transfer the experience gained during the training into the real life of your organization and use it to achieve the goals and objectives you have set. Thus, the Rope Course is: on the one hand, an exciting game in which participants can have fun and have fun, enjoy the process itself, participate 100%, express yourself openly, emotionally, “without ties”; on the other hand, there is a training program. During the time the training lasts, participants can try different models of behavior and interaction with other people, acquire teamwork skills, practice activities aimed at achieving a goal, etc. And finally, this is a personal growth training in which participants can learn something new about yourself and other people, see your strengths and weaknesses, go beyond your “comfort zone”, discover new opportunities, etc. We conduct the Rope Course in a specially equipped place where the various stages of the course are set. They are “simple” tasks that can only be completed by the whole team with the full dedication of each participant. Just take it and test it for yourself and understand what trust is, how much can you trust people from your team, and they can trust you, in situations where you can’t even move, and all that remains is to completely trust your team? Or feel an unprecedented thrill from the fact that you and your team managed to establish interactions with each other in such a way that you finally succeeded in something that could not be done for a long time, or maybe so - that previously seemed simply impossible! Effortlessly develops tactics and strategy for solving a problem. As they solve them, it becomes necessary for the team to begin to track and consistently overcome those “sharp corners” that cause a decrease in the effectiveness of interactions with each other. Team members in conditions close to extreme, forced to find the most effective solution within a tight time frame, will begin to track what worked and what.
