We often hear people say that they live for someone or something. Almost everyone will find a story in their experience that they will present as an example of how they did something not in their own interests, not for themselves. But in reality it turns out that we do everything only for the sake of our own interest and benefit. But this is not always realized, and when it is not realized, it only gets worse, because then we become either the victim or the persecutor, and the Kapman triangle is inevitable. You can give many examples, and you will find them yourself if you ask yourself: “What did I want to get when I did this?”, for example, when, as a boss, they swore at a subordinate for a trifle, when, as a parent, they punished a child for being late home for 5 minutes when you were offended by your spouse because of a word said with the wrong intonation. There are plenty of examples. Of course, there are exceptions - these are the so-called benefits. This is when they did something good for us, without even realizing that they did it. Well, in fact, if everyone realizes that he does everything only to make himself feel good, everything will be simplified. This is how you can be a good subordinate in order to be successful. Take care of your subordinates, if the boss, in order to also be successful and confident in quality work done, again - so as not to “get hit in the head” from above. Be a good child and take care of your parents so that they take care of you. You also need to take care of your spouse for your own sake, because then he will be happy and take care of you with pleasure. In fact, you can write a lot and interestingly about this, but the most important question that you can answer for yourself is what is more important to you: your personal interest or the interest of others?
