For many years I have been conducting master classes and training courses on releasing emotional stress. And in this course there is a very simple author’s technique of meditative drawing “12 magic squares”. What is their magic? From the moment of immersion in the drawing technique of Bakhtybek Talkambaev, those “mental ailments and ulcers” that a person sometimes does not even know about are healed. It may be better, but it won’t be worse - time-tested, everything will just remain as it was. Imagine that you hurt your hand. If you follow all the necessary measures: wash, treat, take medications, protect from interference, then the wound will heal. So it is with this drawing technique. If you want the best for yourself, then follow the rules and instructions. And the very first actions of the students are already diagnostic. They reveal the causes of failures, problems and what interferes with life. This technique has three very simple but important conditions: 1. A checkered sheet measuring 24x28 cm. 2. Draw with helium pens. 3. Draw within each of the 12 squares. But! Take a sheet without cells, pencils or markers. Why? The habit of not hearing others, not agreeing with the opinions of others, not paying attention to others. - Where does this appear in life? - I ask a question. - Difficulties in relationships with the team, in the family, with friends, with parents. They don’t understand me, they ignore me, they humiliate me, they don’t appreciate me! - I hear the stories of the students. The drawings go beyond the boundaries of the square. - I can’t fit into the frames. I do not like it! This makes me irritated. I want it differently. And then I hear a story about frequent job changes due to the fact that from the first days at work they try to establish their own routines and rules, believing that everything and everyone is wrong and wrong. This is observed in relationships almost from the first date, so the relationship does not work out. A persistent attempt to change the past. - I draw in a square, and then return to it to change it. I want to erase, redraw. Can I do this, otherwise I start to get angry and angry. - Can you go back to a bygone day and erase or redraw what has already happened there? Maybe your anger and anger come from the inability to do this? You shouldn’t waste time on something that cannot be done. The best thing is to take a new sheet of paper and draw a new, different one that you like. When drawing, it is important to track your emotions and feelings. And here many people have difficulties. “Together with the matrix sheet, send me a description of the feelings and emotions that you experienced while drawing,” I remind. “I’m not used to feeling.” It's difficult for me to express my feelings. I don't want to talk about emotions and feelings. It is impossible to sympathize, love, be affectionate and gentle with the mind alone. It is impossible to accept compassion, love and tenderness from others if you do not know how to feel and recognize your emotions.
