This is not without reason - the coach guarantees quick results in a short period of time. A personal growth coach, in addition to a diploma in standard psychological education, must also have a coaching school and extensive experience behind him. By the way, in our country this is not certified in any way and is not regulated by anything (correct me if there are already changes). In order to put the word “coach” in your profile header, you don’t even need to have a higher education. Due to the newness of the coaching market and the lack of clear criteria for defining this profession, a huge number of incompetent people appear who call themselves trainers/mentors/coaches.
