Always rejoice! You can’t do anything good from inner strain, but from joy you can do anything. These are the words of St. Seraphim of Sarov. And I really believe in them. It’s all about our inner strengths, our mood, our joy. Agree, when your soul is miserable, you don’t really have the desire to do anything. When we focus on the bad and it doesn’t let go, we waste a lot of the resource that we need to live. Your own internal resource. It flows almost nowhere. Therefore, the main thing we do in consultations is the search for lost joy. This is what it all comes down to: working with depression, panic attacks, separation anxiety, burnout, trauma experiences, self-esteem and relationship issues, fears, pain. Healing is the return of the inner joy with which we all came into this world. Do not confuse it with the joy we receive from the outside. Eating and dancing, socializing and getting thrills - all these sources of joy are good, but they are not substitutes for our internal source. If he is overwhelmed by the weight of grievances, depressed, and access to him has been lost, external pleasures will not awaken him. In clearing internal rubble, the help of a specialist is needed. Help also comes from outside, because a person in despondency and sadness needs someone who will look at him with love. Whoever does not judge will accept, understand and help you unpack your feelings. What is very important here is the opportunity to tell what is on your heart, without embellishment and without fear of being judged. It's safe to share your feelings. And then work with your internal state, change it, transform it. Find your inner source of joy. And then you will have the strength to overcome difficulties, make new decisions, walk through life more confidently and make choices for your joy. So that it is replenished and grows. Giving new strength, generating desires, returning us to ourselves. Coming to therapy is sometimes not easy, a person goes through a crucible of doubts and anxieties: what if it gets even worse, I don’t want to face my pain, I cope on my own, with me as it is Everything is fine. Admitting to myself that I need help is the first step, after which it immediately becomes easier. One in the field is not a warrior - remember? And a burden shared with someone no longer puts so much pressure on your shoulders. Today I invite you to treat yourself with care and attention.
