There is a desire to do nothing. Work no longer seems so different and emptiness and depression settle in your soul. Despite the rest, you feel tired, cannot concentrate on work, lose your appetite and your mood is always at zero. All these symptoms signal post-vacation depression. Here are some tips on how to painlessly return to your usual rhythm. It is advisable to return from travel a few days before going to work. This will allow you to adapt to your climate and time zone if you have changed it. This will also help sort things and thoughts into pieces and be more prepared to start work. Many people start working after vacation not on Monday, as is customary on Thursday or Friday. A short work week allows you to get into work mode at a relaxed pace and the weekend, which is just around the corner, will not let you get tired. You shouldn’t rush into work and try to conquer the world in the first working week. Most likely, a lot of things have accumulated during your absence, but try to sort them according to importance and urgency. If you rush into work, but by the end of the first working day you feel as if you never had a rest. Try to immediately return to your usual daily routine, your usual way of eating and physical activity. This will allow you to feel at home faster.
