Take time, position yourself so that it is as comfortable as possible, close your eyes and imagine, give free rein to your imagination, feelings and desires. You can imagine the desired scenario for getting out of your current situation, you can imagine yourself in a year, five years, what you are like, what you have achieved, who is next to you - this is a very useful practice, it allows you to recreate the image of your dream, and try it on yourself, truly understanding Is this what you need, because often the initially set goals and dreams turn out to be imposed, pseudo-desires. There are many practices, some simpler, others requiring support, so that you are led by a specialist assistant and interpret the result. The simplest thing anyone can do is just draw or, now there are a lot of ready-made paint-by-numbers on the market.
