I decided to write this article after one question that I was asked here on the forum. Well, of course, if you are not the cause of such suffering. You can cheer up your life partners and protect yourself accordingly. First you need to separate. Whatever the reason for your loved one’s stress, no matter what nasty things he says to you, no matter how much he pesters you, creates difficulties for you, or pisses you off – don’t take anything personally. Treat him like a patient is treated in a hospital. Ignore behavior you don't like and reward behavior you like. The main thing you may encounter during separation is the possibility of succumbing to provocations and descending to the level of conflict. Partners and loved ones who feel bad usually use various forms of projective identification: let you feel bad too, so that they won’t feel so lonely in this state. Don’t give in, don’t support them in this, be present here and now, track such moments and separate. If necessary, take such a step as physical separation - move away and get ready for the next step - lift your spirits. Cheering yourself up is not so difficult, it is important to learn how to do it. From simple words and praise to yourself or yourself, to simple memories of something good that happened to you. Give up the outside world for a while, focus on yourself and just start remembering good thoughts or events from your life that definitely bring you joy. At the same time, do not forget to breathe deeply, calmly. Have you felt that your body is calming down along with your mind? And finally, radiate. Give this peace of mind to your suffering companion. Instead of allowing them to project suffering onto you, radiate the peace and joy you have achieved to them. If you realize that everything is starting all over again, you are slipping into conflict, also start these steps again - first separate yourself, lift your spirits and radiate.
