But I was confused by the fact that clients say (in general) - lack of strength or “leakage”. Powerlessness immediately comes to mind. Is this so? And then, in order to take the path of finding support, we began with the very experience of what is happening now. What is this state of “falling into the abyss”? How are you experiencing it? "What happens in the body?" Stop in this moment, just feel. Yes! This is fear, anxiety, anger and Powerlessness. You really may be powerless here. And it’s really scary to worry about. It's complicated. Let's try to stay in this together. Let's experience these feelings together. It simply is. And you too can be powerless... You can be the one who is afraid. You can afford to be weak now. You don't have to be perfect. This is a utopia that has no end. You can just be human. With your emotions and experiences. You can just be yourself. You can accept yourself this way. And I accept you. Now breathe. Feel the support under your feet. What's in the body? Yes, you are not alone. Yes, there is warmth and hope. Yes, there is support. What kind of support could this be in your real life? *Sometimes, the desire to feel something specific (to be joyful or happy) and not to feel fear, grief and resentment leads us along the path of “not feeling at all” and puts us in a state of stoppage or neutrality .
