Every person wants something. Can such a statement be called an axiom? Unfortunately no. Let's see why... Yes, everyone has their own needs. There's nothing you can do about it. Even when we do not formulate our desires, at any given moment we have a whole fan of needs. And we can understand them when we track our emotions, analyze our automatic (triggered by habit) behavior, and compare it with some qualitative (characteristic of a particular need) options. Yes, every person thinks about something - wow, this is already an axiom. On any given day, thousands of thoughts race through our heads. Most of these thoughts are of an evaluative nature, they are about our attempts to understand what is happening around us. The other part of the thoughts are about our desires, about what we can want against the background of what is happening around us. Thoughts about desires are not desires themselves! This is where emphasis was needed. After all, many consider their thoughts about desires to be already active desires. But this is NOT true. Thoughts cannot be desires. Thoughts are thoughts. This is a bunch of information. Useful or useless, pleasant or unpleasant, involving or not so much. But only a bundle of information. And yes, our desires begin to arise precisely in our thoughts. But in the third type of thoughts - in the thoughts that we turn into plans. In those moments when, from a string of assessments and thoughts that “it wouldn’t be bad…” we create something new and unique in the format “I will do this and then.” It is plans that become the starting point of our desires. But how persistent our plans will be depends on the next horizon. Action horizon. Yes, plans are important, but even more important are actions towards our plans. Any action reflects the strength of your desire that you create. After all, desires are not something independent. What appeared once, and then melts or is realized. We can feed our desires. We can destroy our desires. With your plans and your actions. After all, the more actively we move towards desire, the more emotions we have that can reinforce or destroy this desire. And here a lot depends on us, on our ability for positive reinforcement, for self-satisfaction. From our will and our motivation system. And, yes. Today is March 8th. Therefore, I wish all representatives of the fair sex to realize as many of their desires as possible. Talking about them, making plans (perhaps not for myself😊) and implementing them! I will be glad if you click the “thank you” button under the article, it will encourage me to write the next one... Have a nice day!
