5 STEPS TO HEALTHY SELF-ESTEEM It often happens that girls do not accept their individuality and engage in soul-searching. Self-esteem and self-love are something without which it is impossible to build your life. The difficulty is that at one moment self-esteem can be high and then low. 1⃣Assess your achievements adequately. 📌Don't belittle your successes. Every day, celebrate what you have achieved, analyze what you do best. The most important thing is not to focus on your weaknesses, but to work on them. 2⃣Learn to accept compliments. 📌Accept compliments from people around you. Don't take them as a joke or sarcasm, remember that you are worthy. 3⃣Try not to criticize yourself. 📌The inner critic often prevents you from developing and becoming better. Be gentle with yourself. 4⃣Be convinced of your own importance. 📌 Make a list of your strengths in the context of the situation. For example, if you want to build a relationship, write down the qualities that will help you in the future. If it is important for you to climb the career ladder, work on your strengths, note what qualities you have for this. 5⃣Take care of yourself and your body. 📌 Try to afford what you were denied. Start with the little things and gradually you will feel that you are worthy of good things, healthy food, caring for your body. For example, take a bath once a week. 👆🏻Most importantly, remember more often about your uniqueness, celebrate even the smallest successes and achievements. Most importantly, stop satisfying other people’s needs, as there will be growing irritation from having to do what you don’t want. Remove the feeling of guilt and shame that we instilled since childhood, “How are you behaving, aren’t you ashamed?” Is this familiar?
