Goal: to introduce children and adults to their inner world for understanding, reflection and correction, to explore their goals, values, needs, internal conflicts and resources, to take on take responsibility for decisions. Age - children from 10 years old and adults (possibly in both individual and pair work). Instructions: take a sheet of watercolor paper size A-4 and first outline the contours of your state or island, in which there will be different places to live, work and relax. Name them, color them brightly and colorfully with felt-tip pens and think about the main ideas, goals, values, methods of achievement and responsibility. Write them down for implementation in an additional checklist of habits with a note about the timing of implementation (daily, every other day, on weekends or on a specific day of the week). Tips for implementation: The fountain of love is words of love, care, tenderness for yourself and loved ones. You want to show them every day through words, hugs, kisses and compliments. The forest of respect and honor is the understanding that adults have come a long way in life and it is important to listen to them, try to understand, talk calmly, make requests respectfully, listen and hear. Mountains of academic work mean overcoming oneself and at the same time the opportunity to learn a lot, a lot of information in different fields of knowledge. Mountains can be small hills if you tame them and learn to do your homework on time, don’t neglect your studies, try to do your assignments efficiently and accurately, and keep your study area clean and tidy. At the same time, the mountains can reach up to the sky and then a person falls into a trap. It is very difficult to get out through the forest of bad grades and criticism. A sea of good deeds is doing errands and chores around the house (dusting, washing dishes, vacuuming the floor, heating food and eating yourself, ironing a school uniform, washing shoes, etc.). Museum of Curves mirrors are an opportunity to look at your mistakes from the outside and learn to analyze them so as not to commit the same offenses or make rash decisions. To do this, you need to involve introspection, self-esteem and self-control based on objectivity. The fortress of personal boundaries and security - it was built so that people understand the rules of this state as laws. You can't shout about them. They need to be talked about so that everyone, without exception, tries to comply with them. An important addition - each individual person has a ladder of achievements and responsibility - along it are those people who make plans for the future and not only dream, but also thoughtfully work on themselves, gradually reaching results. The pinnacle of success - all the achievements of the state are collected here. You need not only to know about them, but also to understand what path was taken, and who helped in this. A clearing of wisdom and gratitude - it was created in order to appreciate loved ones for their help, support and understanding, to celebrate gratitude for successes for yourself .The island of friendship - people gather there for communication and mutual rituals - games, entertainment, hikes, meetings. The island assumes that there are no quarrels or shouting in the games, and if they arise, then you can always come to an agreement. The remaining points can be thought up to your taste and to suit your needs. At the end of drawing, it is important to analyze the sheet, making up a story about your state (island), then hang it in a visible space along with a checklist for forming useful habits.© Katerina Agafonova
