Now the main thing is to quickly find a client, “sell” and “ski.” In fact, often this is an opinion driven into the head by the perestroika era, where it is “everyone for himself” and “my hut is on the edge.” Yes, maybe someone lived like this for some time, but life goes on and everything returns to normal. Professionals of all types and stripes in any field were respected, respected and will continue to be respected. Each of us tries to give our car to a mechanic, have our teeth treated by a good dentist, and all these specialists “go hand in hand.” Their names and phone numbers are passed from hand to hand and, therefore, such people have a schedule and their income is steadily growing. The same applies not only to individual working specialties, but to businesses from small to large. Whatever it is, a stall with bread or a gas station... How did these people earn such trust, respect and authority? It's simple - these people take responsibility for what they do, and when a person is responsible for his actions, he does his job well. Let's look at examples. The shoemaker did “prevention” of the sole and it “walks.” And you take the next pair of shoes to him. At one gas station you refueled - the car barely crawls, and at the other it’s like it’s on wings. Where will you go next time? You came to the store to exchange a faulty product, let’s say a TV, and they exchanged it for you - you will continue to come here for other goods, and if a scandal breaks out, you will not return yourself and “spread” the fame of it to everyone acquaintances. Beneficial - undoubtedly. Any person, in any field, can be responsible for his business, and he will be respected by his boss, team, and clients. Professionalism grows, respect grows, profits grow, prospects expand. Even if suddenly later you want to change the organization in which you work or business partners, it will be easy for you to find a better place, because you, as a professional, are well-known in your industry... And you must admit, there are not so many pros if you touch any area closely. But the most important thing I would like to point out, what I would like to talk about in this article, is professionalism in the personal sphere. After all, if a man is a “professional husband”, an “authoritative father” and knows how to take responsibility for his actions in the family, then many conflicts do not arise. The life of the whole family becomes much easier. The spouse becomes much more attentive. It is easier to raise children - after all, they have someone to follow as an example, someone to look up to.
