From the author: - my blog, where you can learn more about coaching and the “Magical Life” Imagine a person standing on the highest point of a mountain, with his arms outstretched to the sides. It's like a cross on a church dome. The earth stretches beneath him in all its beauty, and he turns his gaze to the heavens. Symbol of the Christian religion. What is he talking about? Why does he need the most extreme point of the earth? And why, with your eyes fixed on the sky, are your hands inactive, symbolizing either slavish obedience, or ignorance of what to do with them? A person is forced, following the instilled dogmas, to pray, expecting help from above, but he cannot take it from heaven, because he lacks knowledge. And he does not stand firmly on the ground, on the very edge, afraid to grow his roots beyond religious dogmas. Stands between heaven and earth - repeating the torments of Christ, completely forgetting that Christ bequeathed to love, and not to repeat his torments. So why do we need God? And is the church needed as an institution of God? What kind of church should there be - one that makes servants of God out of people for its glory, or one that helps people become people of God, joyfully dedicating their deeds to His glory? Name at least one person who, without studying, without making mistakes from his own experience, would become a famous person? It doesn't happen like that. All famous people at all times studied and worked hard, making mistakes and enduring public criticism. But thanks to their perseverance, wisdom, and ability to overcome prejudices, cliches and hostility of society, they accomplished something for which they will be remembered for a long time by grateful and ungrateful descendants. I remember a saying beloved by psychologists back in Soviet times: “All happy families are happy equally. Every unhappy family is unhappy in its own way.” To paraphrase this proverb on the topic of personal and spiritual growth, we can say: “All developed people are alike and happy. Everyone who is not developed is not happy, everyone is captive of their own dogma.” A person of the twenty-first century is a constantly developing, active and healthy person, capable of finding his purpose and following it, achieving specific goals. After all, man does not live by bread alone, or rather, not every person satisfies his needs only with food, everyday life and sex. A person of the twenty-first century must have a mission that a person realizes throughout his life with joy and a sense of satisfaction. Finding one’s mission gives a person a sense of self-worth, confidence in one’s abilities and in the future, while simultaneously relieving boredom, depression, laziness and illness. Coaching (eng. coaching - training, training) is a fairly new direction in the systematic development of personality. Coaching is about unlocking a person's potential in order to maximize their effectiveness. Coaching does not teach, but helps to learn. A coach helps a person determine his true desires, look with real eyes at his current situation and, by setting specific steps, build the shortest path from what he already has to his dream. It is sometimes very difficult for a person to separate his dream from the instilled stereotypes, give it wings and, believing that it is possible, directly go towards the goal, fueled by the created images of his dreams. Coaching has quite powerful tools for this. I am sure that the more people take the path of development of the personal and spiritual sphere, the sooner Russia will become a great power again, and the life of its citizens will look more like magic than like a chamber of survival experiments.
