Letting go is recognizing the right of this person to be different and to act in his own way. Recognize that this person may have his own values ​​(which I, for example, do not approve of at all), have his own goals and go towards these goals in his own way (and this method, for example, I may not accept at all). I will give this example. My friend doesn't like going to the dentist at all. He waits until the last minute and will go to this terrible office to this terrible doctor only when everything is already fucked up and the “horse” is dead. No. This means I allow him to live the way he wants to live his life, and not the way I want him to live his life.
