For him, this is normal - since it worked out, even though it was not easy, it means that my merit and personal contribution are not so great. A person is confused by precisely what he was able to do and succeeded, but if he had not managed it, then he would definitely not have passed by and would have remembered it for a long time. The inability to fully experience the results of one’s efforts, achieved goals, or to appropriate one’s own achievements hinders: forming and recording internal supports, because there is no feeling that it was difficult, but I managed it, if I could do it here, then I can do it anywhere, I feel enough strength in myself to move in any direction, experience satisfaction, pleasure and joy from the results obtained, a person lives in constant achievement, inflated demands on oneself, expectation of something more significant, to feel the value of your work, time, knowledge, etc., it is scary to ask for a promotion, more pay, to change something in your life, because there is no confidence that it is time, that you deserve and deserve to sum up your activities, it is difficult to “finish”, to be in the moment, a feeling of an endless exhausting race to see the falsity of your own goals, often people set difficult tasks for themselves, raise the stakes, test themselves for strength not because that they really need it, but because the results obtained constantly do not satisfy them and seem insignificant. In order to learn to see your results, feel their significance and appropriate them to yourself, it is important to understand what will be a significant result for you and from time to time “go out” "from a familiar situation in order to look at yourself from the outside.
