Moreover, often charlatans themselves firmly believe that they are doing everything absolutely correctly. Is it because of unprofessionalism or is it a deliberate deception of parents? CLUB OF SUCCESSFUL CHILDREN It was precisely this page under such a “wonderful” name that I was asked to mark on Facebook. I was interested in the stupidity of the name. It was about a children's day camp near Kiev. What is “Successful Children”? If there are successful ones, does that mean there are also unsuccessful ones? Based on this formulation: “successful-unsuccessful child”, business is done by those people who play on parental feelings. More precisely, not on feelings, but on ignorance of the basic rules of upbringing. Many parents dream that their child will be successful in their parental understanding of this word. This concept is shaped by the environment around them. Remember the phrase “so that it’s no worse than everyone else” or “what will people say”? This is precisely what motivates parents, luring them with such names. To attract children to a camp under this name, parents are motivated. Motivation is the urge to action. And parents act, willingly spend money on such camps. PARENTS! YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO MAKE MISTAKES IN RAISING YOUR CHILDREN! A child cannot be unsuccessful, he should not be successful. He doesn't owe anyone anything. There is no need to compare him with other children, because he is the best, he is unique. But, if you still use definitions such as “successful,” then you will be disappointed. You are raising an egoist. Although, maybe this is the goal of your upbringing? But, remember that selfishness is not selective, an egoist is an egoist for everyone, including you. RECOMMENDATIONS For overly motivated parents, I recommend: 1. Direct your search for camps for your children not only in the summer. Children need to be engaged constantly. 2. Many sports sections and schools have so-called training camps (TCC). They cost much less than those offered to you by merchants “for child development.” At the same time, the child does not only sports there, but also everything that he needs to do at his age. 3. Of course, at the same time, it is advisable to attend this sports section at least several months before this camp. But there are always options.4. In any case, you need to work with children professionally, and who, if not a coach with extensive experience, can lead your “successful child” in the right direction?5. If, nevertheless, you decide to send your child to a similar camp “For successful children,” then think about what this could lead to.
