Now there is not a single person whose mind is not occupied with information about the covid-19 infection. It is scary because there are people in the “risk group”, that the number of infected people is increasing every day, the deaths and doctors’ conclusions are terrible. Fear has shackled and entangled the human mind. People are panicking. Someone protests and violates the ban, someone buys food for future use, someone simply does not believe in what is happening, someone believes that everyone will get sick, but in different forms depending on the immune system. People ask “Why?” As a psychologist working with psychosomatics, I’ll ask the question differently: “For what?” And I’ll put forward a couple of hypotheses. Hypothesis No. 1. “The whole planet is sick” The body speaks to us through the body, and if we don’t hear, then through illness. “The planet is sick.” Everyone gets sick! Covid-19 has taken the whole world captive. One small virus! Some people think that the “end of the world” has come. Therefore, right now I suggest disconnecting from the world’s shock for a few minutes! And think, look at the disease not as an enemy, but as a sign, global, world-wide! The time has come for global change. What does this virus infect? I read the conclusion of one of the pathologists: “The lungs become like a bloody sponge. The kidneys are failing." Artificial ventilation does not help everyone! - What are the “lungs of our planet?” Why do they require “artificial ventilation”? What's wrong? What are we humans doing wrong? How can we change the situation? What are the “buds” of our planet. Filter? Why does the filter fail? How can We fix this? After reading the headline “The Planet Needs Disinfection,” I had an insight. But the planet “carries out this disinfection.” This is the first hypothesis. I think there's a lot to think about here. Hypothesis No. 2. “Whom have we offended” I love Paustovsky’s work “Warm Bread”. It's very deep. Based on it, I will build my next hypothesis. “The boy Filka offended the wounded horse, which the miller sheltered, hitting him on the lips when he reached for the smell of fresh bread. A strong snowstorm arose, and at night “a severe frost occurred in the village.” From his grandmother, the boy then learned that the same severe frost had fallen to their village 100 years ago. And this happened “from human malice.” When an old soldier with a piece of wood instead of a leg passed by the village. He knocked on the hut and asked for bread. And the owner insulted him and threw a moldy crust on the ground in front of him. “Then the soldier whistled, and “the storm swirled around the village.” And that evil man died “from a cold heart.” Apparently, now there is an evil offender in the village, and the frost will not let go until this man corrects his crime. The cunning and learned Pankrat knows how to fix everything” - K.G. Paustovsky “Warm bread”. Who could we “offend so much” that the planet “inflamed”. Inflammation is the body's response to aggression. It is indicated in red, just like aggression. And the “crown” of the virus is also red. “Inflammation” of the planet as a reaction to the concentration of global aggression? There has become a lot of aggression, and to be more precise, it has grown to pathological proportions. After reading this, someone will say - I’m not like that, this is not about me. I’ll end my hypotheses with my favorite quote: “Not a single drop considers itself to be to blame for the flood.” Everyone makes the decision themselves anyway! Good health to all of us, physical and psychological.
